My worry is that ANet's long period of silence followed by a big belch of information will cause Guild Wars 2 to be over-hyped, and then fail to meet the huge expectations on release.

Still, I'm looking forward to finally hearing something.

Tuesday: Guild is added to the left of the 2 on the Guild Wars 2 site.
Wednesday: Wars is added to the right of the 2 on the Guild Wars 2 site.
Thursday: The world of Tyria as a sphere is placed in the background behind the number 2. Information is provided. Trailers shown. Fans go crazy, with complaints and praise. No release date is announced.

That's my off-the-wall guess as to the proceedings of the week.

It seems like just yesterday that I read the PC gamer article about this. Two years isn't that long. I forgive you, arenanet! I've never been more excited about seeing a vauge promotional flash animation on a game website in my LIFE!!! Bring on the info!

Why Twitter? whatever happens to Facebook? god, now i have to sign up for another useless account, i'll see how long i can resist it.

And that's it??? the webpage has an animated dragon? or is my browser blocking something???

btw, that dragon look not like bio ware's. GW's strong and evil, bio ware ones looks evil and frail, has sharper snout.
